Q: Are you a security company?
A: Not in the traditional sense. IntSpired® is an offensive threat and risk intelligence consultancy. We don’t provide guards or alarms, we identify what adversaries see: the hidden gaps, exposures and pathways they could exploit so our clients can act before attackers do. 

Q: What does “Offensive by Design” mean?
A: It reflects our proactive approach. We emulate how adversaries think, gather intelligence and assess risks without breaching systems or disrupting operations to expose vulnerabilities that conventional audits often miss.

Q: What kind of clients do you work with?
A: We support organisations, individuals and sectors where exposure equals risk, from executive protection and private clients to energy, education and technology environments. 

Q: What kind of risks do you uncover?
A: We identify exposures across digital, physical and human domains, including brand impersonation, insider threat indicators, data leaks, perimeter vulnerabilities and weaknesses within wireless or web application environments.  

Q: How does IntSpired® protect my brand, business, and operations?
A: IntSpired® protects clients by identifying what adversaries can see across their digital and physical environments. We monitor and analyse threat data, map exposures and reveal weak points that could enable access into networks, web applications or operations. All reconnaissance and validation are conducted under formal authorisation, providing intelligence that allows clients to act before attackers move. 

3. Authorisation and Approach

Q: Do you hack systems?
A: No. IntSpired® does not engage in unauthorised intrusion. All intelligence operations are performed lawfully and under explicit consent. We replicate adversarial reconnaissance to uncover real-world exposures safely and discreetly.

Q: How covert is your work?
A: When required, we operate covertly to capture authentic adversary perspectives, from OSINT and signal reconnaissance to controlled intrusive validation such as authorised wireless or web application testing, always within approved scope.

Q: Are you compliant and vetted?
A: Yes. IntSpired® is BPSS-cleared, ICO GDPR-compliant, Cyber Essentials certified and aligned with NIST, CREST and NCSC frameworks. We are also recognised as a Community Ambassador for the Cyber Resilience Centre for the South West.

Q: Do you support education or community cybersecurity initiatives?
A: Yes. Alongside our core consultancy work, IntSpired® contributes to regional cyber awareness by supporting schools, colleges and community programmes. We help raise digital resilience and promote safe online practices through outreach, talks and education initiatives. This work is provided separately from client services and is focused on improving community security.

Q: Is your work confidential?
A: Absolutely. Every engagement is handled with operational discretion and secure data controls, and confidentiality is central to our practice. 

Q: Do you provide services to locate or track ex-partners?

A: No. IntSpired® does not locate, track or monitor private individuals without lawful authority. We only assist verified investigations, such as those requested by police, courts or insurance companies, and only after formal authorisation.
